Minneapolis, MN (Sports Network) - The Minnesota Twins activated outfielder Jason Repko from the 15-day disabled list Friday. Repko was placed on the DL August 11 with left shoulder bursitis. The 30-year-old carries a .245 average with nine runs batted in through 56 games with the Twins this season. He will take the roster spot vacated by the departure of designated hitter Jim Thome, who was traded to the Cleveland Indians on Thursday for a player to be named later.
